Yoga Conditioning on the “Deck” with Deb!
After much demand it’s happening! Deb Langley & Purity are creating our own little Yoga Deck upstairs at Purity. the space is small and our hearts are BIG. Deb is passionate about moving the body in a way that enhances our wellbeing: an effective yoga experience balances our emotions, calm the busy mind and most importantly allows us to reconnect with the peace and serenity found within. Deb is fresh back from training with her teachers in LA and New York and is ready to share new insights!
Limited numbers allows Deb to support our Yoga conditioning in a special way.
COST : $25 per session includes an hour of Yoga + Herbal Elixir Tea + Raw Food Surprise
SO!! Here is your chance to give us your input. Deb has offered 2 time slots to begin. Wednesday evening & Thursday Morning. Message us with your preferred start time:
Wednesday- 6 or 6:30pm
Thursday 9:30 or 10am
We are in the process of creating our Yoga Sanctuary and anticipating starting in a few weeks! In the meantime we welcome your feedback so we can help make yoga playtime easier for you!
