This is a yummy creation from the Kitchen Goddesses at the Bali Retreat. Super easy and super delish!!
- I cup of your favourite mylk. I used coconut here, but almond works beautifully
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- Sweetener to taste. I used a few drops of vanilla stevia
- Pinch of sea salt
I like to pop all ingredients in a jar with a lid and give a good shake. It will start to gel in about 10 minutes depending on room temperature. I served this with Goji berries, Coconut flakes & chopped strawberries 🙂
